I love to make smoothies for mid-morning snacks or easy on the go breakfasts when life is too busy to sit down to eat. Using UNUM as a sweetener AND glucose stabilizer in this smoothie has been a game-changer. No need to add any other sweeteners, it tastes delicious just as it is. The flavor profiles of each UNUM pair perfectly with this smoothie recipe and keep variety in your smoothie routine. This smoothie is a super easy recipe and is pretty much fool-proof. Enjoy!!

Smoothie Base Ingredients:
- *8oz Almond Milk (We like Malk)
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- Handful of ice cubes
- **⅓ cup plain organic Greek yogurt
- 1 stick pack UNUM (choose your favorite flavor)
The Process:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- At the bottom of your glass, place a dollop of coconut cream. Tap base of glass gently on your counter or other hard surface until the cream becomes an even layer. For extra cream, you can drizzle coconut cream down the sides of your glass or place another dollop on the top of your smoothie to finish.
- Pour in the smoothie mixture from your blender. Add fresh sliced strawberries to the top of your smoothie and sprinkle with a little extra UNUM.
A few notes:
If you choose to use banana UNUM, you can add ½ of a ripe banana into your smoothie base for extra banana flavor and top your smoothie with some banana slices.
If you choose to use mango UNUM, you can add some fresh mango to your smoothie base for extra mango flavor and top with small cubes of mango. For extra protein, add in your favorite protein powder.
*You can use any milk of your choice We just prefer almond milk.
** Substitute cashew milk or coconut yogurt for a vegan option.
